Food List

Prohibited Food List

We are providing a list of foods that should be avoided during orthodontic treatment so that you can avoid breaking or loosening any of your appliances.

A lot of breakage may mean a longer treatment time. We want to help make your treatment as easy as possible and we want to achieve the best results.

If you notice that anything is broken, please call our office so that we can be prepared to repair the appliances. If you notice something is broken over a weekend, we have an answering service that will be happy to take a message for you.
