Office Hours
Our office hours are from 7:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
During the school year we begin at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 6:00 p.m. one day a week.
This day rotates between Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Fridays are reserved
for Dr. Way and the staff to do all the many behind the scenes tasks required to
provide the best of care. No appointments are scheduled on Fridays.
Someone is always on call to handle emergencies. They can be reached through
our answering service by calling 888-223-8080.
A Note from Dr. Way
We understand and can appreciate that everyone would like to have their son or daughter's
appointments after school. Unfortunately we cannot see everyone between 2:30 and
5:00pm. To maximize the number of non-school hour appointments we will continue
to see the shorter (fifteen-minute) appointments early in the morning and after
school. By doing this we will have our patients in general miss the least amount
of school. We arrive very early so we will be ready to begin seeing patients at
7:15am.
All longer appointments (thirty minutes or longer) will need to be made during school
hours. This includes repairing broken appliances, bonding brackets, bandings, seating
all new appliances and removing braces. Taking initial, progress, and final records
along with rescheduling missed or canceled appointments will also be made during
school hours.
In addition, I would ask our patients to share before and after school appointments.
If your last appointment was after school you can help others by scheduling your
next appointment during an off-hour or lunch time.
We all want the same thing. We want the best care for your son or daughter with
the least amount of interruption of all our busy lives. My wife is an educator.
I understand very well how important school attendance is. I also understand how
important a healthy and beautiful smile is. It takes a commitment to both school
and to building your lifelong smile!
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
