I was born and raised in Eaton, Colorado. I attended the University of Wyoming and Dental Assistant Training Academy. I have been working in the orthodontic field since 1997, and joined Dr. Way’s staff in May 2000.
On the weekends, I enjoy raising my son Tucker and my daughter Tynlee. We enjoy running, swimming, and biking together as a family. I was raised on a farm and still enjoy helping my father in the hay fields in the summer.
I grew up in the Denver area before moving to Fort Collins in 2011. I have been a dental assistant for more than 28 years, with 20 of those years in the same pediatric dental office. I am with you from beginning to end during your orthodontic appointments, and my goal is to make you as comfortable as I can.
I spend my free time with my two grown daughters, as well as a new grandson!
I am here to help you with all your financial needs. I will gladly go over your consent forms with you, handle your patient accounts, and answer billing questions you may have. I am also responsible for paying office invoices and handling office accounts. Dr. Way’s practice is such a great place to work. Everyone here is so friendly and I am honored to be a part of it.
In my spare time, I love to take advantage of the Colorado Mountains and go snowboarding, hiking, and camping. I was born and raised in Canada, so whenever I get the opportunity I love traveling up north to visit family and friends.
I work hard to make sure all of your questions regarding your contract are answered before your treatment begins, and I am your go-between person with your insurance company. Regarding your benefits, I make sure things are processed smoothly, and my attention to detail ensures that your account is maintained accurately.
I have a big soccer family. All three of the guys in my life — my husband of 28 years and my two boys — either coach or play soccer; however, my two girls and I prefer shopping. We have a second home in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico, and we plan to retire there in the future.
I am here to help you during your very important and exciting first appointment in our office. I take photos and scans, and I answer any questions you have before you see Dr. Way. After his evaluation, I will discuss your treatment options, go over the costs associated with your treatment, explain our payment plans, and even help you schedule your follow-up appointments. My reward is in knowing how happy and good our patients feel about themselves with their new smiles.
When I am not at the office, my husband Doug and I enjoy keeping busy on our ranch, and we love spending time with our two daughters and our very special granddaughter.
I moved to Colorado in October 2015 from Albuquerque, where I worked for a dentist for three years. I joined Dr. Way’s practice in November 2015. I am here to answer your calls and get you checked in and out.
I was born in Jalisco, Mexico and raised in Pingree, Idaho on a family farm. I have been married for 20 years and I have three boys and one girl.
Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, I’ve been living in Colorado since I was five years old. I attended the Academy of Orthodontic Assistants program and completed it in November 2015. I am blessed to join Dr. Way and his great staff. I am involved in direct patient care and I am looking forward to meeting all of you.
I originally went to school in New York City for musical theatre on a vocal scholarship. I lived in NYC for two years before coming back home to Colorado and starting my career in dentistry. I have worked in all aspects of dentistry, including surgery, dental implants, and general dentistry. I love to learn, whether it is about the lives and interests of our patients or a new piece of technology we’ve introduced to the office. It makes my job interesting and fun!
I am married with three teenagers at home. We also have two fur babies who own a huge piece of my heart. If you want to see my face light up, just ask me about Pickles, my dog!
